on Record of Survey recorded in Book 67 page 83, records of said county, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northeasterly line of Redlands Boulevard, being 50.00
feet, measured at right angles, northeasterly of the center line of said Redlands Boulevard and the
South line of the land conveyed to Standard Oil Company recorded on March 2, 1911, in Book
472, page 184, of deeds, in the Office of the County Recorder of said county, said point being the
