Legal Description for Street Dedication
That portion of Lot 2, Block 35, Addition No, 1. Second Preliminary Map of Redlands, in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded
in Book 5 of Maps, Page 4, records of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Ford Street and Fifth Avenue(formerly
called "F' Avenue)as shown on map of Tract No. 7110, recorded in Book 114 of Maps,
Pages 72 and 73, records of said County;thence S00007'02"E along said centerline of
Ford Street 60.50 feet-thence at right angles to said centerline S89'52'58"W 44.00 feet
to the sideline of said Ford Street and the True Point of Beginning-,thence N00'07'02"W
along said sideline of Ford Street 8.48 feet to a point on the sideline of Highland Avenue,
100 feet wide, as it now exists, said point also being the beginning of a non-tangent
curve, concave to the South, having an initial radial bearing of N5"33'21"W and a radius
of 464.46 feet;thence westerly along said curve through a central angel of 00'21'38" an
arc distance of 2.92 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave to the southwest, having a
