RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION ON REDLANDS BOULEVARD (CRA 740)
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The north 16 feet of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Redlands Imperial, LLC, a limited
liability company by deeds recorded February 13, 2002 as Instrument Nos. 20020073580,
20020073581,20020073582, 20020073583, official records of San Bernardino County, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest comer of said parcel, said point lying on the south right-of-way line
of Redlands Boulevard, having a half-street right-of-way of 50 feet, said point also lying on a
curve concaved south having a radius of 2750.00 feet;
Thence easterly along said curve 213.45 feet through a central angle of 4' 26' 50";
Thence continuing along said south right-of-way line along a tangent line south 71'47' east a
distance of 28.22 (18.90 feet-deed) feet to the northeast comer of said parcel;
Thence leaving said right-of-way line along the east lot line of said parcel south 00' 04' 17" east
a distance of 16.85 feet to the south line of the above said north 16.00 feet;
Thence leaving said east line north 71' 47' west a distance of 33.51 feet to the beginning of a
curve concaved south having a radius of 2734 feet;
Thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 04' 21' 32" a distance of 207.99
feet to west lot line of said parcel;
