DECLARATION OF DEDICATION
HENRY H. VAN IkjQUWERIK and JAN VAN MOUKERIK
hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF RED LANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
The East 10.00 feet of the South of the East z of Block 13, BARTON
RANCH in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, page 19, records of said County.
EXCEPTING. THEREFROM all that portion of the the South 2 of the East 2
of Block 13, Barton Ranch, as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, page
19, records of said County lying Southerly of a line which is parallel
and concentric with, and 50.00 feet Northerly of the following described
line:
COMMENCING at the centerline of Citrus Avenue (80 feet wide)with the
centerline of Iowa Street (80 feet wide); thence North 0" 23' 20" West
along the centerline of said Iowa Street a distance of 70 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence North 890 36' 40" East, 293.70 feet;
thence Northeasterly, 345.86 feet along a tangent curve concave to the
Northwest having a radius of 1500..00 feet and a central angle of
130 12' 39"; thence North 760 24' 01" Fast, 56.66 feet, thence North--
easterly 342.83 feet along a tangent curve concave to the Southeast
having a radius of 1500,00 feet and a central angle of 130 05' 43--
