DECLARATION OF DEDICATION
Assistance League of Redlands, A California Corporation
hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
The Northerly 2.50 feet of Lots 1, 2, &3, Block 2, of the Columbia Tract as recorded in
Book 15 of Maps, Page 26, records of said County.
Note: The intent of this dedication is to provide a half alley width of ten feet
