That portion of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 24,
Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in
the County of San Bernardino, State of California, being a
parcel of land 32 . 00 feet each side of the following
described line:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of Brockton
Avenue and the prolongation of the East lot line of Tract
12635-1, as per map recorded in Book 177 of Maps, Pages 39
and 40, records of said County; thence North 89° 26 ' 54" East
0. 04 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
Northwest having a radius of 500. 00 feet; thence
Northeasterly 118.98 feet along said curve through a central
angle of 13 ° 38 ' 02" to the beginning of a reverse curve
