That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township
1 South, Range 3 West , San Bernardino Meridian, according to
the official plat of said land, described as follows :
Beginning at an iron pipe in the middle line of Wabash (formerly
Emerald) Avenue , distant South 0 17 East (magnetic variation
15 East) 1322 . 5 feet from an iron rod at the intersection of
the middle lines of Lugonia (formerly Mentone) and Wabash
Avenues , thence from said point of beginning South 89 30 '
West , 657. 1 feet to a stone corner ; thence South 0 25 ' Eas
644. 8 feet to a 3 inch stake , thence South 89 45 ' East ,
