EXHIBIT "A"
The west 21.75 feet of the land owned by the City of Redlands the east line of which is parallel
with the centerline of California Street as shown on Parcel Map 6611 recorded in Book 81,
pages 79 and 80, records of San Bernardino County in the State of California, to provide for a
63 foot wide easement for street purposes to the City of Redlands over, under, and across those
portions of Lot I Block 2 of La Drew Subdivision per map recorded in Book 12, page 44 of
maps, records of said County and State more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of California Street (also known as Pennsylvania
Avenue per La Drew Subdivision) and a fifty foot (50.00) wide property owned by San
Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) per quitclaim deed instrument number 93-
137043 recorded in March 30, 1993, formerly Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company
as shown on said Parcel Map 6611;
Thence N 00123'40"W, 25.00 feet along the centerline of California Street to a point on the
north right-of-way line of the property owned by SANBAG;
Thence along the north right-of-way line of said property to the southwesterly comer of said Lot
owned by the City of Redlands 41.25 feet more or less, also said corner being the point of
beginning;
Thence along the west line of said Lot N00'23'34"W, 53.48 feet to the northwesterly corner
thereof;
Thence N44136'26"E, 25.91 feet, said point being 71.88 feet northerly of the south line of said
Lot:
Thence S00123'40"E, 71.88 feet;
Thence 589134'24"W, 21.75 feet along the south line of said Lot, said south line also being the
