Redlands Properties, a Partnership

hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
Those portions of the South, 48.00 feet of Lot 11, Block "A" Peller Pratt Kendall's
Subdivision, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 5, page 22 of naps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
PARCEL "A" (FIRST STREET)
The East 5.00 feet of said South 48.00 feet of Lot 11.
PARCEL "B"
A triangular shaped parcel of land bounded as follows:
On the East by the West line of Parcel "A";
On the South by the North 13ne of Citrus Avenue, 50.00 feet wide, per said Peller
Pratt Kendall's Subdivision;
And on the Northwest by the arc of a curve concave to the Northwest and having a
radius x£ .13.00 feet, said curve being tangent to the West line of said Parcel "A"
and tangent to the North line of said Citrus Avenue.
