In the, City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, Lying within Section 14,
Township I South, Range 3 West, S. B. M., being all that portion of Lot 62 of Tract No. 16015,
as shown by map on file in Book 279 of Maps, at Pages 27 through 30, inclusive, records of said
County and State, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of said Lot 62;
Thence Southwesterly along the northerly line of said Lot 62, being a circular curve, concaving
northwesterly, having a radius of 52.00 feet, whose radius point bears South 89' 58' 23" West,
through a central angle of 29' 51' 21", an arc length of 27.10 feet, to a point of cusp, being the
beginning of a non-tangent curve, concaving northwesterly, having a radius of 232.00 feet, whose
radius point bears North 27' 34' 36"West;
Thence Northeasterly along said non-tangent curve, through a central angle of 01' 56' 24", an arc
length of 7.86 feet,to the east line of said Lot 62;
Thence North 00' 01" 37" West, along said east line, a distance of 22.14 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
