An easement for road purposes over that portion of Lot 14 of Chicago
Colony Reservation , in The City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 3, Wage 75 of Flaps,
records of San Bernardino County, lying South of the southerly line
of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company right of way, lying
easterly of a line that is parallel with and 44 feet westerly of
the centerline of Dearborn Street , as said centerline is shown on
Tract No. 9330, recorded in Book 132, Page 49 of Claps, records of
San Bernardino County, lying westerly of the west line of Dearborn
Street as it now exists,and lying northerly of the following described
lines:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Dearborn Street , said point
being South 0' 15 ' 20" East , 239. 54 feet from the centerline of
Independence Avenue as shown on said Tract No. 9330, thence
North 520 24 ' 12" West , 23. 25 feet; thence North 78' 11 ' 20" West ,
229.80 feet.
To be known as DEARBORN STREET.

An easement for road purposes over that portion of Lot 14 of Chicago
Colony Reservation in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 75 of maps,
records of San Bernardino County, bounded on the south by the north
line of Sylvan Boulevard as it now exists and bounded on the north
by a line that is 30 feet northerly of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Dearborn Street that is
South 0' 15' 230" East , 195. 54 feet from the centerline of Independence
Avenue as shown on said Tract No. 9330; thence
South 99' 44 ' 40" west, 57.00, -Feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave northerly and having a radius of 512. 11 feet; thence
westerly along said curve through a central angle of 23' 21 ' 30"

southerly and having a radius of 853. 67 feet; thence wescriy Gong

records of San Bernardino County, lying easterly and southeasterly
and southerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the hereinabove above point described as, the begJnning
of a tangent curve, concave northerly and ha J ng a of 51,2- 1 1
feet; thence North 0° 15 ' 20" West 30.00 feet to the beginning of
curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 13 feet , said
line being radial to said curve and said point being the true point
of beginning; thence easterly, northeasterly and northerly along
said curve through a central angle of 90' oo ' C)0" a distance of .20. 42
feet to a point in a line that is parallel with and 44 feet westerly
of the centerline of Dearborn Street as shown on said Tract No. 9330.
