Maps, Page 36 , records of said County, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of 70 foot wide Summit
Avenue and 60 foot wide Elm Street; thence along said centerline of
said Summit Avenue, North 71' 32 ' 331' East 206 . 58 feet; thence South
18 ' 27 ' 271" East 35 . 00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING on the
Southeasterly line of said 70 foot wide Summit Avenue; thence along
said line, North 71' 32 " 33" East 54 . 87 feet to an angle point in said
Southeasterly line ; thence along the Southwesterly line of said Summit
