This is to certify that the interest in real propertyy conveyed to
the City of Redlands dated August 23, 1989
from Hubert L. Gardner and Rosalie Gardner, husband and wife as joint tenants
to '-the City of Redlands, a governmental agency, is hereby accepted and
the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
offices.

Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Golden West
Drive 20. 00 feet easterly of the centerline of said Golden
West Drive as shown on map of Tract 6765, on file in Book
89 , Pages 30 and 31 of Maps , Records of San Bernardino
County, said point also being the northeasterly corner of
the land described in deed to Hubert L. and Rosalie Gardner
by instrument No. 89-217224 official records of said County;
Thence southeasterly along said easterly line of Golden West
Drive to the southwesterly corner of said land of Hubert L.
and Rosalie Gardner;
Thence easterly along the southerly line of said land a
distance of 10 . 09 feet to a point being 30. 00 feet easterly
and measured at right angles to the centerline of said Golden
West Drive; thence northwesterly along a line being 30. 00
feet easterly and parallel to said centerline of Golden West
Drive , a distance of 225. 74 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave easterly and having a radius of 210 feet ; thence
