as per map recorded in Book 45 of Maps, Pages 44 to 46 inclusive, in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the angle point of the South and East lines of Valley View
Lane as shown on said Tract 3457, said South and East lines being 25.00
feet, measured at right angles, from the centerline of Valley View Lane;
thence Northerly along said East line 25 feet, more or less, to the North line
of said Lot 47; thence Easterly along said North line 5 feet, more or less, to
a line which is 30.00 feet, measured at right angles, from said centerline of
Valley View Lane, said line being parallel with said East line of Valley
View Lane; thence Southerly along said parallel line 30 feet, more or less, to
a line which is parallel with the South line of Valley View Lane, said last
mentioned parallel line being 30.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the
centerline of Valley View Lane; thence Westerly along said last mentioned
