office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot; thence westerly
along the north line of said lot 11.625 feet; thence southeasterly with an interior
angle of 450 , 14.70 feet to its intersection with the east line of said lot;
thence northerly' along last said line 9.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
