public road purposes, including public utility and public service uses,

State of California, described as follows:

in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot; thence southerly
along the west line of said lot 9.00 feet; thence northeasterly with an interior
angle of 45°, 14.70 feet to its intersection with the north line of said lot; thence
westerly along last said line 11.625 feet to the Point of Beginning.
