the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plot recorded
in Book 11 of Maps, Page 17 , Records of said County, described as follows :

described property:
BEGINNING at a point 245 feet east of the southwest corner of
said Lot 5; running thence in a northerly direction and paral-lel
with the west line of said Lot 5 , a distance of 105 feet; thence
in a easterly direction and parallel with the line of said Lot 5 ,
a distance of 205 feet; thence in a southerly direction and
parallel with the west line of said Lot 5 , a distance of 105 feet;
thence in a westerly direction along the southerly line of said
Lot 5, a distance of 206 feet to the point of beginning.
