A portion of the northwest 1/4 of Block 4 of the Barton Ranch as recorded in Book 6,
Page 19 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino,
State of California described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of Redlands Boulevard
with the easterly right-of-way line of New Jersey Street; thence S 00 38' 02" E along
last said line 20.33 feet to the beginning of a curve concave southeasterly and having
a radius of 20.00 feet; thence northerly and easterly along said curve through a
central angle of 90* 56' 33" an arc distance of 31.745 feet to a point of tangency
with said right-of-way line of Redlands Boulevard; thence N 890 41' 29" W along last
said line 20.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
