hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for
public road purposes, including public utility and public service uses,
the real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
A parcel of land lying in Lot No. 4 of Parcel Map No. 5763, in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
recorded in Map Book 59, Page 10, as recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of said county, being described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot No. 4;
thence N.00 18'31"E. 3.49 feet along the westerly line of said Lot No.
4;
thence S.78 59'19"E. 10.54 feet to the beginning; of a curve;
thence 16.44 feet along the arc of an 88.00 foot radius curve to the
left (Central Angle = 10 42'10", chord bears S.84 20'24"E. 16.41
feet);
thence N.89 41'29"W. 26.70 feet along the northerly right of way line
of Rancho Drive to the Point of Beginning.
Said parcel contains 34 square feet more or less.
