purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of Lot 26 of the Barton Ranch, in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19, Records of said
County, described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1
The east 4.00 feet of the west 44.00 feet described as follows:
BEGINNING at the centerline intersections of Tennessee Street and Park Avenue; thence East along the center
line of Park Avenue 165.20 feet; thence South 132.00 feet; thence West 165.20 feet to the centerline of Tennessee
Street; thence North along the centerline of Tennessee Street 132.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion previously dedicated for roadway purposes.
PARCEL NO. 2
A triangular shaped parcel of land bounded as follows:
On the West by the east line of Parcel No. 1. One the North by the southline of Park Avenue, as it now
exists. On the Southeast by the arc of a curve concave to the southeast and having a radius of 13.00 feet,
said curve being tangent to the east line of Parcel No. 1 and tangent to the southline of the Park Avenue.
