of the City Council made on and the offeree consents to
the recordation thereof pursuant to provisions of Chapter 12.7 of Division 7 of Title 1
of Covernment Code of the State of California.

That portion of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 15, T.1S. , R. 3W. ,
S.B.B.& M. described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly right-of-way
line of Orange Street (66.00 feet wide) with the southerly right-
of-way line of Pioneer Avenue (60.00 feet wide) as shown on the
Map of Tract No. 4055 PIONEER TERRACE on file in Book 51., page 86
of Maps Records of San Bernardino County, California, said point
also being the northwest corner of that parcel of land described
as "NOT A PART OF THIS SUBDIVISION" , on said Map;
Thence S89 5810011E along said southerly right-of-way line of
Pioneer Avenue, a distance of 48.00 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 23 .00
feet;
Thence westerly, southwesterly and southerly along the arc
