EXHIBIT "B"
That portion of Lot 35, Tract No. 13103 (amended), as recorded in Book 225 of Maps,
Pages 69 through 72, inclusive, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 35, said corner also being the
intersection of the sideline of Edgemont Drive and the Northerly boundary of said
Tract No. 13103; thence South 42° 13' 48" East 25.93 feet along said sideline of
Edgemont Drive to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the northeast and
having a radius of 220.00 feet; thence southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 16` 24' 42" an arc distance of 63.02 feet to a point of compound curve, said
curve being concave to the northeast, having a radius of 40.00 feet, and an initial
radial bearing of South 31 ` 21 ' 30" West; thence leaving said sideline of Edgemont
Drive northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 43` 59' 48" an arc
distance of 30.71 feet to a point of reverse curve, said reverse curve being concave
to the southwest and having a radius of 47.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 74' 30' 10" an arc distance of 61.12 feet to the
Northerly boundary of said Tract; thence North 89' 08' 52" West 3.19 feet along
said Northerly boundary to the point of beginning.
