That portion of Lot 28, Tract No. 13103 (amended) as recorded in Book 225 of Maps,
Pages 69 through 72, inclusive, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
described as follows:
Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 28, said corner also being the
intersection of the sideline of Edgemont Drive and the northerly boundary of said
Tract No. 13103; thence South 42° 13' 48" East 56.52 feet along said sideline of
Edgemont Drive to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said
sideline South 42° 13' 48" East 25.42 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave to the northeast and having a radius of 230.00 feet; thence southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 12° 37' 35" an arc distance of 61.70 feet to
the most easterly corner of said Lot 28 as shown on said Tract Map; thence leaving
said sideline along a non-tangent curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius
of 40.00 feet, and an initial radial bearing of North 32° 51 ' 56" East, through a
central angle of 29° 32' 43" and arc distance of 20.63 feet to a point of reverse
curve; thence along a curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 47.00
feet, through a central angle of 94° 25' 4.7" an arc distance of 77.46 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
