BEING DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
OVER AND ACROSS A PORTION OF SECTION 22, T.1 S., R.3 W., S.B.B.M., SAID

BOARD OF EDUCATION
Dedication of Property for Public Right-of-Way Purposes
WHEREAS,the Redlands Unified School District of San Bernardino County is owner of real property,APN 167-
221-01,
67-
221-01,Lugonia Elementary School on Delaware Avenue in Redlands;and
WHEREAS,the City of Redlands is requesting a dedication of property for public Right-of-Way purposes,as
shown on attached"Exhibit A",for the following described real property:
A strip of land along the alignment of Delaware Avenue in the City of Redlands,County of San
Bernardino,State of California,being dedicated to the City of Redlands for public road purposes over
and across a portion of Section 22,T.1 S,, R.3 W., S.B,B.M., said strip of land being,described as

Comwwmci at the NW comer of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,NE 1/4, said Section 22,thence N 89'37'55"E.
A distance of 33 feet along the north line of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,NE 1/4,said Section 22 to the easterly
Right-of-Way line of Orange Street, said point being the place of beginning; thence N 89'37'55" E, A
distance of 296.60 feet;thence N 0'0' 18"E. A distance of 5,84 feet;thence S. 8937'55"W. A
distance of 283.32 feet;thence around a curve concave northeasterly a distance of 14.00 feet said curve
having a radius of 25.00 feet and an internal angle of 32'5'19";thence south a distance of 9.66 feet to the
place of beginning.
Said strip of land containing 1770 square feet or 0.04 acres more or less.
WHEREAS,there were no public protests to this conveyance of property filed prior to or during the public
hearing on March 11, 1997;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Redlands Unified School District,for the best interest of this
District,hereby dedicates said property for Public Right-of-Way purposes to the City of Redlands.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Governing Board of the Redlands Unified School District on
March 11, 1997,by the following vote:
