The East 14 . 00 feet of all that certain real property as
recorded in Book 6545 of Deeds, Pages 838 through 840
inclusive in the office of the County Recorder, County of San
Bernardino, State of California.
Excepting therefrom those portions conveyed to San Bernardino
County Flood Control District described as follows:
PARCEL "A"
Portions of those parts of Lots 22 , 23 and 24, Chicago Colony
Reservation as per plat recorded in Book 3 of Maps, page 75,
records of said County, said parts described in documents
recorded in Book 6479, page 655, and in Book 6545, page 838,
both Official Records of said County, said portions being all
of said parts lying within and Southerly from a strip of land
80 feet in width, being 40 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at a point in a control line measured
between a 3/4 inch iron pipe marking the inter-
section of the centerline of Citrus Avenue (80 feet
wide) with the centerline of Dearborn Street (60
feet wide) as said intersection is shown on plat
recorded in Book 5, page 76, Records of Survey of
San Bernardino County and a 3/4 inch iron pipe
marking the intersection of the centerline of
Colton Avenue with the centerline of Dearborn
Street as said intersection is shown on plat of
Tract 4327, recorded in Map Book 55, page 66,
records of said County, said point of beginning
being distant along said control line, North,
1335.85 feet from said 3/4 inch iron pipe marking

East, 478. 88 feet; thence Easterly 2123 . 34 feet
along a tangent curve, concave Northerly, having a

the point of termination in the centerline of
Wabash Avenue (60 feet wide) as said centerline is
shown on plat of Tract 3042 , recorded in Book 41 of

the intersection of the centerline of Wabash Avenue
