That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
22, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
according to Government Survey, described as follows:
Commencing at a point 225 feet south from the Northwest corner of the
South half of the East half of the East half of the Northwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 22; thence East 162 feet; thence South
50 feet to the North line of York's Subdivision, as per plat recorded in
Book 17 of maps, page 30, records of said County; thence West 162 feet;
thence North 50 feet to the point of beginning.
