All that portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 23, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as :
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the North-
east 1/4 of said Section 23 as shown on the plat of Tract No. 9820
filed in Book 138 of Maps, at pages 83-85 , records of said County,
said corner lying on the centerline of San Bernardino Avenue; thence
along said centerline South 89° 56 ' 04" East 330.43 feet to the point
of BEGINNING; thence South 0° 42' 35" West 670. 04 feet; thence North
89° 56' 04" West 3 . 10 feet to a point on a curve concave to the West
whose initial tangent bears North 3° 54' 14" East and whose radius
