ship 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, the West line of said strip
being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the land conveyed by Sophie Pfeiffer, et al. ,
to Sarah C. Hinckley, by deed recorded in Book 195 of Deeds, page 40, said point
being the Southwest corner of property owned by Thomas J. Shannon as said property
is shown on Map recorded in Record of Survey, Book 8, page 38, records of said
County:
Thence North 00° 33' 00' West (Record North 00° 42' 00' West) along said West
line as shown on said Record of Survey, a distance of 887.49 feet to an intersection
with the North line of land conveyed to Sheffield Development, Inc. , by Instrument
No. 86-049897 Official Records of said County.
Said intersection being the point of termiiius.
