in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as recorded in Book 28 of Maps, page 74, In the office of the County
Recorder of said county, described as follows :
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 1, said point also
being t:he intersection of the Southwesterly line of 60 foot wide San
Jacinto Street and the Northwesterly line of 100 foot wide Olive Avenue;
Thence North 33° 39' 56" West, along said Southwesterly line of San
Jacinto Street, a distance of 13.04 feet, to a point on a tangent
