LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 25 of Tract 2119 as shown by Parcel Map 4349, on file in Book 30 pages 54
through 58, of parcel Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, recorded December
1952, said portion described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northerly most comer of said Lot 25;
THENCE along the westerly lot line, South 20007'20" East, a distance of 89.96 feet to a
tangent curve, concave northeasterly having a radius of 257.06 feet.
THENCE southerly, a distance of 64.39 feet along said curve through a central angle of
14021'10".
THENCE tangent from said curve South 34028'30" East, a distance of 230.18 feet to the
southerly most comer of said lot 25.
THENCE along the easterly lot line North 21038'16" East, a distance of 12.05.
THENCE North 34028'30" West, a distance of 223.46 feet to a tangent curve, concave
northeasterly having a radius of 247.06 feet.
THENCE northwesterly, a distance of 61.89 feet along said curve through a central angle
of 14'21'10".
THENCE tangent from said curve North 20007'20" West, a distance of 91.71 feet to a
point on the northerly lot line of said lot 25.
