A strip of land four feet in width,. the. westerly line thereof being parallel
with and 40 feet east from the following described line: Said line is the
center line of Tennessee Street, with a bearing of North Or 44' 21 " West
as seen on Tract No. 10013 recorded in Maps, Book 145, pages 16 and 17 of
said County, said strip of land begins 325. 19 feet south of the intersection
of Tennessee Street and State Street, said strip of land terminates 660.63'
south of said intersection.
