That portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Block 25, the Barton Ranch, in the City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19, records of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Tennessee Street, 80 feet
wide, and the South line of West Citrus Avenue, 80 feet wide; thence East
along the South line of West Citrus Avenue, 160 feet; thence South at right
angles to said South line 11.00 feet; thence West parallel to said South line
136.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the Southeast and
having a radius of 20.00 feet, the terminus of said curve being tangent to a
line which is parallel with and distant Easterly 4.00 feet, measured at right
angles, from the East line of Tennessee Street; thence Westerly and Southerly
along said curve to said terminus; thence South along said parallel line
