Legal Description
A 30-foot wide easement 75-foot long for traffic signal purposes over, under and across that
portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 10935 as recorded in Book 122 pages 81 and 82 of Parcel
maps, official records of San Bernardino County described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Alabama Street and Barton Road of said Parcel
Map No. 10935;
Thence along the centerline of Barton Road S166 10'00"E a distance of 296.62 feet to a point
in a tangent curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 1852.79 feet;
Thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 12111'46" an arc distance of
394.39 feet, said point being the centerline intersection of Barton Road and Bellevue Avenue as
shown in Parcel Map No. 9348 recorded in Book 98 pages 98 and 99;
Thence N 11138'14"E a distance of 60.00 feet, said point being in the right-of-way line of
Barton Road measured at right angle from the street centerline also being the point of beginning;
Thence continuing along said line N 11138'14"E a distance of 75.00 feet;
Thence N 78021'46"W a distance of 30.00 feet;
Thence S 11138'14"W a distance of 75.00 feet more or less to a point in a curve concave to the
northeast having a radius of 1792.79 feet also being the right-of-way line of Barton Road;
Thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 0157'32" an arc distance of
30.00 feet more or less to the true point of beginning.
