A portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 6611 as recorded in
Book 81 of Parcel Maps, Pages 79 and 80 in the office of the
County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows.
Beginning at the intersection of the north centerline of
Nevada Street with the centerline of Redlands Boulevard as
shown on said Parcel Map; thence N 890 41' 29" W along last
said centerline 59 .78 feet; thence N 01 18' 31" E, 52 . 00 feet
to it's intersection with the north right-of-way line of said
Redlands Boulevard, last said intersection also being the
beginning of a curve tangent with last said right-of-way line
and concave to the northwest and having a radius of 23 . 00
feet; thence easterly and northerly along said curve through
a central angle of 830 36' 33" an arc distance of 33 .56 feet
to the beginning of a compound curve concave westerly and
having a radius of 603 . 01 feet; thence northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 70 07 ' 30" an arc distance
of 74 . 99 feet to the end of said curve; thence N 89 ' 34 ' 28"
E, 32 . 00 feet to the intersection of said centerline of
Nevada Street; thence S 00 25' 32" E along last said
centerline to the point of beginning.
