The Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints, a Utah Corporation Sole, hereby
irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for
public road purposes, including public utility acid puLAL-ic
service uses, the real property in the City of Redlands, County
of San Bernadino, State of California , described as follows:
The Westerly 19 feet of the Easterly 44 feet, the
Easterly 44 feet being measured from the center line of
Wabash St. , and the Northerly 4 feet of the Southerly 44
feet, the Southerly 44 feet being measured from the
center line of Fifth Ave. , of Sub Lot 1 of Lot 7 according
to the Map of East Redlands, as per plat recorded in Book
7 of Maps, Page 47, Records of San Bernadino County,
State of California, along with a triangular-shaped
portion more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of a line 44 feet Westerly
of the Easterly Line of Sub Lot 1, said Easterly Line
being the center line of Wabash St. , with a line 44 feet
Northerly of the Southerly Line of Sub Lot 1, said
Southerly Line being the center line of Fifth Ave. ; thence
Westerly and parallel with the said Southerly Line a
distance of 13 . 015 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northwesterly with a radius of 13 feet;

The Grantor specifically reserves all minerals, carbons,
hydrocarbons, oil, gas, chemical elements and compounds,
whether in solid, liquid or gaseous form, and all steam
and other forms of thermal energy on, in or under the
above described land.
