DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for
public road purposes, including public utility and public service uses,
the real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 28, Block 77 of the Rancho San Bernardino, as per
Plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, records of San Bernardino County,
described as follows:
Beginning on the West line of Orange Street, 84.25 feet wide as
shown on said map, 242.25 feet North of the Southeast corner of
the East I of the Northeast 4 of the South 2 of said Lot 28;
thence North on the West line of said Orange Street 160 feet;
thence West 1.875 feet to a line which is parallel with and 44 feet
westerly of the centerline of said Orange Street; thence South
160 feet along said parallel line; thence East 1.875 feet to the
point of beginning. i
