That portion of Lot 7, Block G of the 2nd Preliminary Map of Redlands, in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of
Maps, Page 2, records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly comer of Lot 11, Block D, WATROUS FIRST
ADDIT16N, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 34, records of said
County, said comer being on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Clark Street, 50
feet wide, as shown on said maps; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 11 a distance of 5.00 feet to a line which is parallel with and 30.00
feet Northwesterly, measured at right angles, from the centerline of said Clark
Street; thence North 56' 20' 00" East along said parallel line to the most Southerly
comer of Parcel I of Parcel Map No. 13477 as recorded in Book 160 of Parcel
Maps, Pages 58 and 59, records of said County; thence South 33' 39' 28" East 5.00
feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Clark Street; thence South 56' 20"
00" West along said right-of-way line to the point of beginning.
Note: The intent of this dedication is to provide a 30 foot wide half street along
Clark Street.
