DECLARATION OF DEDICATION'
Gerald A. Smith and Maxine M. Smith, Husband and Wife, as Community property, as to an
undivided 1/2 interest; and William P. Nelson, a single man, as to an undivided 1/2 intere
hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
The Northeasterly 4 feet of a portion of Lots 10 and 11 of the Excelsion Tract,
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 5 of Maps, page 40, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Cajon Street where the boundary,
line between said Lots 10 and 11 intersection said Westerly line of Cajon
Street; thence Southeasterly along said Westerly line of Cajon Street, 48 feet;
thence at right angles Southwesterly 160 feet to.an alley; thence at right angles
Northwesterly along said alley, 77 feet; thence at right angles Northeasterly
160 feet to the Westerly line of Cajon Street; thence at right angles Southeasterly
along said Westerly line of Cajon Street, 29 feet to the 'point of Beginning.
