that certain deed of trust executed by Jimmie J. Solomon, Gauvayhna Solomon and.

WHEREAS, said beneficiary desires to have the Ilea and charge of said deed of
trust described herein to be subordinate to that certain easement granted to
the City of Redlands, A Municipal Corporation, recorded concurrently herewith
or an easement for public street and, highway purposes, in, on and over the
real property in the City of Redlands, County of Sea Bernardino, State of
California described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
Now therefore, the undersigned beneficiary d hereby subordinate the above
mentioned dead of trust to that certain easement for said exclusive easement
for public street and Highway purposes and all uses appurtenant thereto in, on
