DECLARATION OF TERMINATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS,,
AND RESTRICTIONS
THIS DECLARATION is made this /Y., day of
2002 by REDLANDS CYPRESS VILLAS, LLC (hereinafter referred to as
"Declarant") , as owner of real property in the City of Redlands,
San Bernardino County, State of California, APN No. 173-07-01 and
further described as Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 9216 in the City
of Redlands, and more particularly described in Exhibit "All
attached hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to as
"Property") .
The Property is subject to that certain Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded as Document No. 85-
167089 in the San Bernardino County Recorder's office on July 12,
1985. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
were recorded in anticipation of the development of the Property
as a senior citizen board and care facility. Development of the
Property as such a facility was never completed. Approval has

been obtained from the City of Redlands to develop an 82-unit two
story apartment complex on the Property. It is therefore the
intent of this declaration to terminate, revoke and forever
extinguish the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions recorded as Document No. 85-167089.
TERNINATION AND REVOCATION OF CC&RIS
Declarant, the current owner of the Property, with the
consent of the City of Redlands does hereby revoke and terminate
any of the benefits, burdens, and obligations created by that
certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
recorded in San Bernardino County Recorder's Office on July 12,
1985 as Document No. 85-167089 with the intent that said
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall be of
no further force and effect and are hereby extinguished upon
recordation of this Declaration.
