1 Judgment in condemnation having been entered in the above-
2 entitled action, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the
3 court that plaintiff, pursuant to said judgment, has paid to
4 defendants Mun Cho and Loi Kam Cho the total sum awarded by the
5 court as just compensation and payment for all claims or demands
6 against plaintiff on account of the taking of the easement des-
7 cribed in the complaint;

9 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that an easement
10 in real property described herein is given for and condemned to
11 plaintiff for the public purpose of construction, maintenance,
