to the official plat thereof, being a strip of land, 25.00 feet in width, lying 12.50 feet on
each side of the following des centerline.
Commencing at the southeasterly comer of that certain Parcel of land described as
Parcel 48 in .is Pendens recorded:august 17, 1968 in Book 5215, at pages 420 through.
438 inclusive thereof,Official Records of San Bernardino, County, California;

Interstate IEghway 10, a distance of 321.33 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave to the northeast,having a radius of 8,060 feet(said course described as Line 1 and
