Legal Description for Storm Drain Easement
That portion of Lot 1, Block 35 of Addition No. 1, Second Preliminary Map of Redlands,
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 4, records of said County;together with that portion of
Fifth Street vacated by Resolution of the City of Redlands, Mayor and City Council
Resolution No. 4141, adjoining said property on the South and Southwest,which would
pass by operation of law by a conveyance of said property; a certified copy of said
resolution recorded January 27, 1986 as Instrument No. 86-021465 of Official Records,
and recorded February 13, 1986 as Instrument No. 86-038780 of Official Records-,
described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast comer of Parcel 1, Parcel Map No. 9086, recorded in Book 95
of Parcel Maps, Page 39,records of said County, said point being 44 feet westerly of the
centerline of Ford Street;thence westerly along the North line of said Parcel I
S76004'I 5"W 65.13 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave to the North
