THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1 ,Lday of A('/`i 19�,
by and between `SBM Funds
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located in County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
That portion of the west z of Section 21, T1S, R3W, S.B.B. & M. in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the west line of said Section 21 and the
northerly right-of-way line of the 50 foot wide A.T.& S.F. Railroad right-of-way;
thence along the northerly right-of-way line of said A.T.& S.F. right-of-way south
710 49' 07" east 15,83 feet to the east line of Alabama Street; thence along the
east line of Alabama Street north 00 26' 53" west 12.66 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along the east line of Alabama Street north 00 26' 53"
west 110.38 feet; thence north 890 3h' 47" east 11 .58 feet; thence south 00 26' 53"
east 1.15.30 feet; thence north 710 49' 07" west 15.39 feet to the True Point of
Be inning
AND WHEREAS, City desires
an easement to construct and maintain a sewer trunk line through said property.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to construct, maintain, repair and replace a sewer trunk line through said property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
