in accordance with the laws of the State of California, described as follows:
The permanent easement and right-of-way at any time, or from time to
time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, and renew
Storm Drain Pipe
and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across said easement or
any part thereof, and ingress and egress over the following described
real property in the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on either side of the following described
line:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of No. 7 as shown on Record of Survey recorded
in Book 34 of Record of survey, Pages 44 and 45; thence S 340 07' W, 94.43 feet
to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 52' 02' W, 46.81 feet to the terminus
of said line.

line of said No. 7, 22.09 feet to the True Point of Beginning;' thence S 670 58,00"
W to its intersection with the southwesterly line of said No. 7, said intersection
also being the terminus of said line.

thence N 680 03 ' 15" E, 22.96 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 90.00 feet; thence northeasterly along said
curve through a central angle of 11° 00' 00" an arc distance of 17.28 feet to a
point of tangency; thence N 790 03 ' 15" E, 51.49 feet to the terminus of said line.
