Bernardino County, State of California, said easement is 10 . 00 feet
wide, the Northeasterly line of said easement is described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of California Street and
Barton Road; thence North 0 ° 001 19" West along the centerline of said
California Street, a distance of 556 . 62 feet; thence South 67 ° 12 ' 27"
East, a distance of 44 . 75 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said
easement, said point of beginning being on the East line of said
