FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant
to John Laing Homes, Inc., a Corporation duly organized in accordance with laws of the State of
California, described as follows:
The permanent easement and right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to
construct, maintain, operate, replace and renew irrigation lines and appurtenant
structures in, upon, over and across said easement or any part thereof, and ingress
and egress over the following described real property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
More particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein.

An easement for ingress, egress, landscaping and irrigation
purposes described as follows:
That portion of Block 10, according to Map of Mentone, in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded
in Book 8 of Maps, Page 81, Records of said San Bernardino County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot "A" of Tract No.
10051-2 , as per plat recorded in Book 236 of Maps, Pages 18 through
21, inclusive, said San Bernardino County Records, said southeast
corner being also a point on the north line of Lot 20 of said Tract
No. 10051.-2 ;
Thence North 89 °59155" East along said north line of Lot 20,
and its easterly prolongation, a distance of 140.02 feet to the
center line of Crafton Avenue;
Thence North 01°36153" West along said center line a distance
of 5 . 00 feet;
Thence South 89°59155" West, parallel with said north line of
Lot 20, a distance of 140. 02 feet to the east line of said Lot "A"
Thence South 01.`36153" East along said east line a distance of
5 . 00 feet to the point of beginning.
