INDIVIDUAL GRANT OF EASEMENT

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant to City of Redlands, A Municipal Corporation duly organized in accordance with
laws of the State of California, described as follows:
The permanent easement and right-of-way at any time, or from time to time,
to construct, maintain, operate, replace, and renew Storm Water Drain
and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across said easement or any part
thereof, and ingress and egress over the following described real property in
the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 35 of Map of West Redlands as recorded in
Book 9 of Maps, Page 22 in the office of the County Recorder, County of
San Bernardino, state of California described as follows: A strip of land
10 feet wide, 5 feet on either side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the South corner of said Lot 2, said corner also being on the
northwesterly right-of-way lane of Cypress Avenue (100 feet wide) ; thence
northeasterly along last said line 24.87 feet; thence North 18° 14' 07" West,
8 feet; thence North 240 54' 07" West, 19.18 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing North 240 54 ' 07" West, 68.82 feet; thence North 0 45 ' 53"
East, 94 feet to the terminus of said centerline.
