recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19, records of the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Orange Avenue and Nevada Street as
shown on Record of Survey recorded in Book 35 of Records of Survey, Page 19;
thence EAST 658.30 feet along said centerline of Orange Avenue; thence NORTH 33.00
feet; thence WEST 601.82 feet along a line which is parallel with said centerline of
Orange Avenue and distant 33.00 feet, measured at right angles, to the beginning
of a tangent curve, concave to the Northeast and having a radius of 13.00 feet, the
Northerly terminus of said curve being tangent to a line which is parallel with said
centerline of Nevada Street and distant 44.00 feet, measured at right angles; thence
Westerly and Northerly along the arc of said curve a distance of 20.27 feet to said
