The following describes a drainage easement being a strip of land 10 .00 feet
wide , the centerline of which is described as follows :
That portion of land in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 1 South,
Range 3 West , San Bernardino Meridian , according to Government Township Plat
thereof .
COMMENCING at the intersection of Beattie Lane and Alta Street shown on
Tract No . 9979 , as per plat recorded in Book 144 of Maps, pages 23 , 24 , 25 ,
and 26 , as filed in the Office of the County Recorder , County of San
Bernardino , State of California ; thence South 890 57 ' 53" East 130.00 feet
to the Eastern boundary of said Tract 9979 ; thence along said Eastern
boundary North 000 02 ' 07" East 18 .00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence South 890 57 ' 53" East 331 . 01 feet .
